Founded in Bangkok, oriented toward Southeast Asia
Tessara was founded in Bangkok by a small group of advisors who had each spent the better part of a decade working with regional businesses at moments of significant change. What they noticed, across boardrooms and back offices alike, was that organisations rarely struggled for lack of information. They struggled to make sense of what they already knew.
The firm's name draws from the Greek word for weave — a reference to the idea that business challenges are rarely isolated. Strategy, operations, people, and market conditions are all interlocked. Pulling on one thread without understanding the others rarely leads anywhere productive.
Today Tessara works with organisations across Thailand and the broader region — from family businesses navigating succession, to multinationals assessing Southeast Asian entry, to mid-sized companies working through the pressures of growth. Our approach has remained consistent: sit with the problem long enough to understand it, then help you move forward with clear eyes.

Brings deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks across ASEAN markets, with a particular focus on Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia. Advises both regional and international firms on cross-border growth.
