It depends on the service. Operational Improvement engagements run 3–4 weeks. Strategic Advisory spans 4–6 structured sessions, usually over 6–10 weeks. Market Entry Guidance is delivered as a phased programme across 6–8 weeks. We'll agree on a timeline before any work begins.

Yes. While Tessara is based in Bangkok, we regularly work with organisations headquartered elsewhere — particularly those exploring Southeast Asian expansion. Sessions can be conducted in person or remotely, depending on what works best for your team.
